At TSA, we take a hands-on approach to your process improvement challenges as well as your new projects. We listen to our customers and develop solutions to achieve their goals. We visit on-site to see the existing process to fully understand the problems that need to be solved and the space limitations. We are your trusted partner for powder and solids handling and air pollution control projects.

We provide complete system design, engineering and installation. We also size and select single pieces of equipment or provide integrated stack-ups of different components. Pam Sanders
Mechanical Systems Engineer (Illinois, W. Kentucky)

Pam has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and has almost 20 years experience in the engineering and sales of bulk solids handling equipment and dust collection systems. She has extensive experience in the food, pet food, grain & power generation industries designing optimal bulk material handling and air pollution control systems for TSA’s customers. Pam has project management experience from her years as a Project Manager at Proctor & Gamble and GM-Saturn. Pam is also fluent in Spanish.

Angie Sanders
Outside Sales Engineer (Missouri)

Angie has been in outside sales and project management in the aggregate, grain, food and commercial industries for almost 20 years. Angie specializes in material handling solutions for the aggregate, minerals, animal feed and chemical industries and has extensive experience with storage solutions & truck/train/barge load-out systems. Angie covers most of Missouri as well as Quincy, IL.

Kate Moe
Inside Sales: Filters, Duct, Dust Collection Parts & Service
Kate has successfully managed customer accounts in the air pollution control industry for over 15 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business for Applied Leadership from Minnesota State University. Kate specializes in filter media selection for all types of dust collectors across a variety of industries including replacement cartridges, bags & pleated bags for all brands of dust collection equipment. She also handles HEPA filters & housings, ductwork and aftermarket screen sales.

Tyler Glass
Inside Sales Assistant
Tyler prepares proposals for equipment, ductwork, parts, filters, installations, and service. He processes orders, provides customers with delivery updates, and ensures seamless communication throughout the sales process. Tyler also maintains organized digital records for all projects, supporting efficient internal operations.

Maryann Farishon
Accounts Payables & Receivables
Maryann manages client account setup, prepares invoices, and facilitates customer payments. She ensures smooth financial transactions by providing and collecting necessary documentation, maintaining strong communication, and making it easy to do business with TSA.
